? Last call to apply for / renew passport *Beyond now, you will need to pay to “expedite”.

? Upload passport to profile by September 16, 2022

October 21, 2022: 25% of your support goal met

*Mail checks by 10/7, give online by 10/18.

November 15, 2022

? Releases & Reference forms due - medical, counselor, mentor *If applicable, we have talked with you.

November 28, 2022

? Travel to Launch information completed

December 16, 2022: 50% of your support goal met

*Mail checks by 12/2, give online by 12/13.

? Medical Tab complete, including vaccinations, updates, and confirmation

January 14, 2023: Launch & Training (Location and more details to come!)

February 28, 2023: 75% of your support goal met

April 30, 2023: 100% of your support goal met

** For donations to count toward financial deadlines, they must be reflecting in your fundraising summary.

The World Race highly values ownership, responsibility and communication. As a Racer, you are expected to honor your commitment by managing and following through on these deadlines and responding to communications from the Admissions Team.
